Join us for the Bunbelievable Run – The Sweetest Way to Explore Tromsø!


This guided jogging tour comes with a sweet twist: we jog for about 35–45 minutes at an easy pace, exploring Tromsø while sharing local stories and fun facts. The pace is adapted to the group, making it social, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.

We finish at Tromsø’s most beloved café,Risø. Where a freshly baked cinnamon bun& black coffe is included in the experience! 

This is the last 45 minutes of the trip, we enjoy the sweet reward of our running tour! 


This is not about racing, it’s about joy, presence, and discovering the Arctic Capital in a unique way.

    • This is a light jog, not a race – suitable for anyone who can jog for 35–45 minutes at an easy pace.
    • The tour is weather dependent – Tromsø weather can change quickly, so dress appropriately.
    • Maximum group size: 12 participants.
    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Includes a cinnamon bun & coffe at Risø café, drinks are not included.
    • Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

      • Comfortable running shoes
      • Weather-appropriate clothing(layers, windproof/rainproof jacket if needed)
      • Hat, gloves, or buff depending on the season
      • Water bottle(optional – the run is short, but some prefer it)
      • A camera/phone if you want to capture the Arctic vibes
